Identification information: government ID (e.g., driver's license, passport) for artists and venues to verify identity and comply with Know Your Customer (KYC) requirements.

Financial information: payment card details, bank account numbers, tax identification numbers (for payouts to artists/venues), transaction amounts and purchase history.

User‑Generated Content: any content you upload or transmit via the Platform, such as reviews, messages, photographs and performance details.

Usage data: IP address, device identifiers, browser type, operating system, referral URLs, pages visited, links clicked, session durations and other analytics data.

Location data: approximate location derived from IP address; optional precise location if you enable location services in our mobile app.

We do not knowingly collect personal data from children under the age of 13. If we become aware that a child has provided us with personal data without parental consent, we will delete such data.

3. How We Use Personal Information

We process personal information for the following purposes, relying on legal bases under the GDPR:

Provide and maintain the Platform (Contractual Necessity): to create accounts, process transactions, facilitate event listings, handle payments and provide customer support.

Improve and personalize services (Legitimate Interest): to analyze usage, develop new features, perform data analytics and customize user experiences.

Marketing (Consent or Legitimate Interest): to send promotional communications, event recommendations and newsletters. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time.

With service providers: payment processors, identity verification services, email and SMS delivery services, analytics providers, cloud hosting providers and marketing partners who process data on our behalf under data‑processing agreements.

With other users: information you choose to share publicly (e.g., in reviews or event pages) will be visible to others.

With artists and venues: when you purchase tickets or interact with events, relevant personal information (e.g., contact details) may be shared with the respective artist or venue to fulfill the transaction and communicate about the event.

In corporate transactions: if we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, your information may be transferred.

For legal and safety reasons: to comply with law, protect the rights and safety of you, us or others, investigate fraud or respond to lawful requests.

We do not sell personal data for monetary consideration.

Some cookies are strictly necessary to operate the Platform; others are used for preferences, analytics and advertising. Unchained is based in the United States and may process personal data in other countries. When transferring personal data outside the European Economic Area, we ensure an adequate level of protection through Standard Contractual Clauses or other lawful transfer mechanisms.

We may update this policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes by posting the updated policy on the Platform and updating the "Last Updated" date. Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
